• That the application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Continued availability of all features

5. Intellectual Property

TimerBlock, including its code, design, logos, soundscapes, and content, is the property of Fluxer Labs SL. The soundscapes used are licensed for exclusive use in the application. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

6. Audio Content

The soundscapes and sound effects included in TimerBlock are for personal use within the application. Extracting, recording, or redistributing audio content is not permitted.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TimerBlock at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the application. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
